Having to make a claim means one thing, luck has not been on your side recently and a piece of your jewellery has either been damaged, lost or worse still, stolen.

Catlin Insurance Company (UK) Ltd is the insurance company behind your insurance4everyone.co.uk engagement ring and jewellery insurance policy. This means that whilst we may not be able to replace the un-replaceable, you will at least have the comfort of knowing that your claim will be handled by a member of our multi award winning UK based claims team.

In order to assist our claims team in handling your claim as efficiently as possible, please either complete our online eform with as much detail as you can, or call our 24hour Helpline on 0845 604 7016. This will help us process your claim as quickly as possible without the need to complete further forms; However, in some cases we may need additional information or documents from you, but we will email you later in order let you know whether this is necessary.

Once you have completed the eform, you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your claim. Over the next few days we will be in contact with you to explain how things are progressing.
